If you volunteer your time and talents, if you walk for the Heart fund, Cancer fund, March of Dimes or do anything that is a service to the community, or any other worthy cause, please complete this form and return it to the Lodge or mail it to the
Women of the Moose,
Volunteering for Red Cross work, Meals on Wheels, Hospice, VA hospital or any other hospital, Suicide Hot line and Battered Women’s Shelters are just a few of the things that qualify as community service. Turn in your volunteer hours, monetary donations and miles. Please help the Chapter/Loges properly report our members Community Service activities. Your assistance may also give our Chapter/Lodge the opportunity to be considered for the Community Service Shinning Star Award.
